Vision Teams - A Culture-Building Tool

Last week we introduced themed vision teams to our office. The themes consisted of Emerging Technology, The Green Team, Marketing and Internal Affairs. Each team held a 30 minute meeting that encouraged participants to converse and collaborate about ideas that pertained to the specific theme.

Members were exposed to new ideas, understanding of others initiatives and encouraged to think outside the box. But, most importantly we are given an opportunity to influence our culture.
